AAMA Southeast Region 2012 Spring Meeting – Austin, TX | May 8-10, 2012

At this event there will be a tour of the University of Texas Thermal Lab Facility where we you will be shown the University’s new experimental laboratory for conducting research on innovative façade design, glazing, shading, window treatments and other energy-efficient building technologies. The last day will bring Marsh Fernbaugh of Associated Materials into the picture where he will provide updates on Miami-Dade County, IBHS and the recent changes to the Florida Building Code. The second edition of the Brazil GreenBuilding Conference & Expo took place on 29th – 31st August, 2011 at the headquarters of Fecomércio in Sao Paulo. At that time, it established itself as the great meeting place of sustainable construction in Brazil. The 3 days event repeated the successful formula adopted at the first show, where participants enjoyed an environment with:
International Conference: In an atmosphere conducive to upgrading, improvement and professional relationship, you were side by side with some of the biggest national and international experts discussing trends and issues most challenging sectors in plenary and concurrent sessions.
Exposure Solutions: In this area, the focus was on business development through the presentation of products, equipment and specialized services, where exhibitors had some space available, especially sized to provide emphasis for the sponsoring brands, respecting the spirit of the green event.
